Excelente atención de todo el personal del hotel. Muy limpio todo, un desayuno super bueno y muy variado. El rooftop con excelente servicio y ofertas, además de vistas increíbles. Excelente ubicación. Definitivamente la cadena hotelera Riu se ha convertido en mi favorita para cualquier destino🤗

This is a beautiful hotel with a really nice staff. The room was super clean and the location is amazing.

Great views and location. I think the rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. Restaurant staff the coffee shop. Staff were very friendly. The event staff could be a little more friendly and hospitable. Definitely think that they could benefit from some training on food, allergies even basic ones like nuts and strawberries.. for that type of hotel for especially for a business convention center. I expected a higher caliber of service and Venue. Was disappointed

Beautiful room. Well appointed. love the ambiance. Ashley Cartagena was very helpful with reservations!! Great location. Do not eat here, food is not good especially for the price. Rooftop bar view is cute but cocktails not great, I would skip them. There are dozens of cute coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars & shops all steps away. would definitely stay here again.

Booked a room - got a suite! Enjoyed the extra space. A separate living room for watching TV or working at a desk. Staff at the hotel was very helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast too.

Location worked very well for our needs. Location was a bit sketchy but we came across zero issues with the neighborhood. Room wasn’t perfect and could have been a little more clean as there was a dirty rag on the floor and the bed sheets/pillows had some questionable stains. Best New Subs across the street was delicious and worth stopping by. Keep in mind all amenities, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge areas are all shared spaces. Doors to the rooms could have been more secured with deadbolts.

Always a pleasure to spend a night here before an early flight.

Good food in the restaurant and I loved the Starbucks in the lobby.
