Staff were not the most helpful or friendly. Lights didn’t work in the room when we first arrived. Service in the restaurant was very slow. Beautiful property but very far away from anything.

A clean professional hotel. The down side is that it is very expensive and whilst the staff are very professional, they could not be described as warm and friendly. But maybe that could be said for New York service generally. Thank you ~ Jon

Hotel location is not that convenient. Not a single train station is nearby. To go to any train station, you need to catch one of the buses. Even bus stops are at around 9 minutes walk. At night, coming back from those stops on the empty roads doesn't give safe vibes. Things that I thought were good; Maintenance is great. Staff is nice, and if you arrive before your check in time they allow you to put your luggage in the storage for free. Couple of supermarkets are nearby. Overall a decent hotel and stay.

Clean, great customer service, no charges for early arrival they kept my bags and when it was time to check in they moved them to the assigned room. Also, when it was time to leave the order a taxi for me. The breakfast was delicious.

Lovely hotel within walking distance to many sites

The room was beautiful! Spacious & comfortable. I LOVE the soft, plush carpet :) We had in room dining from the restaurant & the food was delicious! Service from all the staff was superb - everyone was kind & helpful. Can't beat the location overlooking the Pacific Ocean & just a short walk down to the beach or the Santa Monica Pier. I highly recommend this hotel!!

The Regency is Mei Hom away from home. What can I say? It is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in the world. I never go wrong when I’m at the Regency. The staff knows you on a first name basis your room is ready. Your favorite cocktail is probably waiting for you at the bar at breakfast. They know what you’re having for breakfast. The staff is impeccable. The people are impeccable. Nothing wrong about this hotel. I love this place.

The staff was extremely helpful and showed us to our room. Since the bed was set up as a double I had to split it in to a twin no big deal due to our late arrival...but I found hair in the bed and on the mattress covers. The curtain in the room were stained and dirty..I did find the bathroom to be exceptionally clean. The property needs a bit of updating in the rooms. Breakfast was great. Staff again was so kind and helpful but for sure small details in the room were missed.

This is a great place if you want to be in the city Center! We really enjoyed it! It is not a quiet place if you’re looking for that, but we knew it would be in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We could shop down the street and catch taxis very easily. Restaurants were good. We like the location and the hotel itself was nice! The room was smaller than expected, but it was very convenient for us with the two kids. Everyone had their own beds. And even a little table in there to eat.

Staff were spectacular. They were so kind so helpful. Highly recommend
