Very good staff from front desk, hotel restaurant, housekeeping , door man, gate man, etc Very good amenities, strong shower, great location for Phrom Phong BTS station, food, massage, nice malls, etc I would have given 5 stars if they can attend to a few molds in bathroom

eveerything about this hotel is excellent but in particular was the kindness and caring of all the staff unfortunetly i was quite poorly for the week i was in hua hin the concern the staff showed me was above and beyond especially the hotel maids checking on me through the day thank you so much for making a bad situation so bearable i will never forget your kindness thank you so much i would not hesitate to stay here again and thoroughly recommend this hotel

Counter Staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean even the porter are all so friendly.

Great room to rest and recover after a big flight - waiting for another flight the next day. We arrived late so went straight to bed, slept well. Breakfast was good and in a lovely building. Would definitely stay here again if stopping over. The pool area looked amazing.
