"Room size and amenities are ok. However finding the place or person to check in was a problem. Phone number listed in confirmation and website was wrong. Another guest had the same problem. Had to get a resident of the condo to help as the security guard doesn't understand English or was simply unhelpful. Thanks to the resourceful resident, she managed to figure out/find out the number which is 88-0606069 and helped call in Thai the check-in person. There's no reception area, no nightclub, no...

"Once I arrived in the room I immediately notice how many cockroaches were hiding under the front and bathroom door as well as the skirting of the bathroom and kitchen counter. Checked out earlier because my skin was itching for the whole time I was in the condo, likely due to poor hygiene"

"바퀴벌레가 돌아다니고 침대매트도 스프링이 엉망이고 묵을 만한곳이 못됩니다. 소득이 많지 알은 태국사람들이 사는 아파트입니다. "

"The landlady, Kim was very nice and accommodating. She helped me with the directions around the area. It was hard to find her at first. They do not have a reception area, but the people in the condo helped me contact her. I would advice you buy a sim at the airport if you don't have a thai number and you contact her (number indicated in her post) prior to going to the condo. The place is not a hotel so don't expect much of this place. This is more of a condo type room and you will be living with...

"First it is a little bit difficult to find this guest house, but lucky one of security officers helped and took us to the location"

"Its very bad experience to us. Its very cheap hotel... actually its no hotel too, this is some dirty hostel and i guess one lady holds the account for this. dirty room, no internet, no shower. Due to our flight got late we reached there late and found that the given phone is not answering. And you cannot enter the building because of card access. Finally we got some local who unfortunately know that lady and he called on her personal contact. HUGE dis appointment... its a fake hotel and complete...

"suggest to put a sign on the ground floor of the building......."

"Nice staff"

"슬럼가 느낌임. 그리고 문 밖에서 자물쇠를 채울수 있는 구조로 되어 있어 밖에서 잠궈버리면 감금될 위험이 있음."

"The staff was amazing and the hotel was super clean our room spacious and we had everything needed including a hot water kettle. The pool was refreshing and nice. Breakfast and views were also nice up on the 8th floor. There is a 7-11 across the street if you want snacks or beer/wine etc. Will need taxi to go to sit down restaurants but not terribly far about a 10-15 min ride."

"The hotel was very central, easy to get Grab there etc even a small shopping mall within walking distance with lots of eateries. I would stay again"
