Verde Island Pet-friendly Vacations

Breakfast was just ok.

This is my second stay/review of the property. My first 3 nights stay, the staff were great, helpful and professional However, my second stay was not as good because when I was calling the front desk/reception nobody was answering the phone it took awhile for some to pick up. I was looking for my belt that I left the first time I checked in. The person who answered the phone said she’ll find out and call me back but she never did. I called the operator instead and spoke to a certain Harley, I think that’s his name and he was the one who was able to help/found the belt I was looking for. The guy from the housekeeping brought it up to my room. I was glad and thankful. However, I/we had the same problem with the room service food we ordered, it was not very good. Again, I’m suggesting for a new Chef.

It was small for a family of 5 no space just beds and a small folding bed which is broken and stained. Sofa bed is so hard and even the regular beds are. A/C works and blows cold but water leaking on the bed, rugs are so cheap that gets wet and cannot absorb water. Old and super worn carpet . Toiletries are not luxurious as described about the unit. Parking fees are outrageous and unreasonable price. Whole building stinks and smells so bad. Over all rating nothing good about this property. Atleast lobby staff are friendly.

This was our third time staying at the Aruga and I always choose this place for it’s perfect location and the customer service.

Clean and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very great location just besides shopping mall and walkable distance to BGC High Street. Breakfast spread is nice too and they changed it everyday. My only feedback was the gym is not directly accessible from the same elevator (need to change), and maybe place some sanitation wipes and towels if possible. I think it was shared in the building hence it may be different but otherwise everything else are great!

If your traveling with suitcases it's not going to be easy to get it the property. Very difficult to locate correct entrance with ramp( several to climb ) Otherwise once you're in it's amazing location and apartment is great. I wouldn't bother with free breakfast if your coming from West.

Other staff dont like their job i think Not friendly staff . Washroom is teriblle Outdated . Soaking wet floor when we check in . Asking 3x for maintenance but no one is attending. Toilet is clog. Never check in again on this hotel Food is terible .

They need to fix the air conditioning in the front lobby. Otherwise everything was great. Will be back again.
