The room was cleam. The staff was courteous for the most part but they seemed reserve preferential treatment for certain groups of people. I did not feel I was treated as equally as other guests. I felt I had to make certain requests and sometimes several times to get services that I observed others gettingg without making requests. The staff needs additonal training on bias and unintended prejudice (assuming it was unintended)

This property is so beautiful. It feels like you are in the middle of your own private oasis. It’s very peaceful and all the amenities like hammam and shuttle to Medina made our stay even better. Staff were great as well as breakfast with delicious bread and fresh squeezed orange juice.
