Beautiful view on the Jungfrau from the balcony and friendly employees were the positives for us. However, the room had a musty smell of old fabric, and the carpet was nasty. The grout in the shower had mold on it. When we opened the room, we had to open the window and the balcony door, because the smell was very uncomfortable. With a good renovation, this could be a prime spot, but unfortunately, it felt way overpriced for a room that we did not even want to spend any extra time in besides sleeping.

Great hotel for Wilhelm Tell theatre
"Right next to Wilhelm Tell theatre, so just a few minutes walk. (Amazing experience at theatre.) Older hotel but with the view from my room it was just fine. Breakfast was simple but ample enough. Bar at night. Garden leading to hiking trails nearby, so just great with my dog."

"Beautiful old hotel with great views. The room was comfortable and furnished well. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Restaurant is great. Breakfast was lovely. Appreciate them delivering a banana split to my room. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone. Would stay again."
