10/10. We had a fantastic stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a nicer room, and the views were absolutely stunning. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection each morning. The only downside is that the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning. Most of the time it wasn’t an issue, but on the warmer summer days, especially after a long hike, we definitely wished the room had A/C. Overall, we’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

This is an outstanding option if you are traveling with family. We stayed at the family room, the views to the Matterhorn in your jacuzzi equipped terrace is simply amazing. The kids enjoyed having their own room. And also you can use some very cozy coats. 10/10
