Visayan Islands Pet-friendly Vacations

This our 3rd stay at Kandaya. Sadly, lots of upgrading is needed now. We first had a deluxe suite booked. Foul smell was coming from bathroom, TV wasn’t working well and air conditioned was not functioning well. We eventually moved to a villa, which was better but bathroom needs upgrading, tiles from the pool were coming off as well. Gym definitely needs a lot of upgrades. Air condition was always not properly functioning and ALL equipments were so old, most were taped off and too old to use. Expected more for spa accommodation, especially for the price. Staff is always friendly. Hopefully upgrades will be done, especially for the price.

We had a wonderful stay at GT Seaside Inn Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They helped us with parking and made check-in quick and easy. Special thanks to Dim at the front desk for the warm hospitality. We also booked the whale shark tour through the hotel, and I highly recommend it! Jude, who is both a tour guide and part of the hotel staff, took great care of us. Everything was included—snorkeling gear, towels, a waterproof bag, and more—so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The whole experience was smooth and well organized. The food at the hotel was excellent. Every meal we had was delicious, and we never felt the need to eat anywhere else. Having great food right at the hotel made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was small but cozy, with a relaxing beach-inspired design that was exactly what we were looking for. The beach view was beautiful and added to the overall experience. We had such a great time here and will definitely stay again the next time we're in Cebu. Highly recommend!
