Conveniently located near the Shinjuku station, which helped ease us into our Tokyo experience. Staff also very helpful in transferring our luggage to the next stop on our itinerary.

This was one of the best stays we've ever had. The service was outstanding, and both the breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent. Rumi and her colleague — whose name I unfortunately can't recall — were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive, patient, and great listeners, even though we could only communicate in English and didn't speak the local language. They made us feel completely at home. The rooms were immaculate — our beds were always made up perfectly, and everything was kept to the highest standard. It was truly an exceptional experience in Japan. In fact, we were so spoiled by this hotel that every other stay felt like a step down as we travelled from Tokyo to other cities.

Very nice place for solo travelers. You get your own room but it’s a very communal atmosphere. Met a lot of cool people and the manager was super nice!
