Super nice and big room! The food there wasnt great but it was good enough when we were starving after a long day of walking.

Rooms were super comfortable, the staff was very attentive. Excellent service I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Room were clean and tidy, staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Location is near the underground station and from there you can explore brussels and go to central station if you want to visit different cities

Loved the location of the hotel. Had a standard size room for 2 people. It is right across from the train station which made it easy to get around the city. The room was spacious and as described on the website. Happy there was working A/C. It didn't get to freezing cold but it was cool enough for the night. Receptionist was kind and smooth check in process since there was an option to check-in online, we didn’t have to wait til 3pm as our room was ready. I would stay here again if I was visiting Brussels.

Modern hotel. Upscale experience. Very helpful Bellhop and Reception Staff. Room was spacious , upscale with L'Occitane soaps and luxurious spa amenities - robe and slippers.. We found dirt on the rug of the room when we entered and they cleaned it immediately.

Good and clean place

The Hotel was ok.... Not bad, not great, just ok. We arrived early and tried to check in, but we could not. No big deal, they took our luggage, we changed and hit the streets. I had major jet lag and needed to take a bath once we came in for the evening. Drew a bath, soaked and relaxed, BUT WAIT... when I drained the tub, it backed up the shower. The grime and smell that came out was horrid. So apparently the tub, shower and sink drains were all connected. So taking a shower, it would flood the floor and back up into the tub. Brushing your teeth backed up into the shower.... Never ending issue and not enough towels to keep the floor dry. This was the worst part of the Hotel stay. All the Staff were really nice, even bringing me a new hair dryer because I couldn't figure out how to use the one in the room, lol. The area is decent, cars, bikes, and motorbikes go VERY FAST on this tiny wide street. There is a convenient store right across the street which was nice to grab snacks and extra drinks. It is a little walk to get anywhere you want. If you have walking issues, this might not be the place for you as far as location. We loved the extra walks to take off a few waffle calories, lol. The area is not sketchy, but there were a few vagrants, just say no or shake your head and they move on. Overall, it was a good stay, just couldn't give 5 stars due to the plumbing.

Staff is very sweet. Breakfast was good . They have a timer for air conditioning. Which is a great thing , but when it stops at night it gets hot . There should be atleast a fan that is on through . Specially for someone trying to beat jet lag. The construction about the property is still going on , but it doesn’t stop you from walking around . It’s just not pretty . But that’s not in control of the hotel. I’m sure once the constructions are done it will be good . Rooms are big and nice . The bath tub class divider should be bigger so that water doesn’t spill all over the washroom. We felt safe and secure and that’s what’s most important. They are working on adding more fun things like sauna etc . Thank you for having us . We will come back !

The service was so-so, the room cleanliness was average, and the breakfast selection was very limited; in fact, if a tour group had already finished eating, there was practically nothing left to eat. I would advise against staying at this hotel.
