Good location and very great staff

The property was very clean, breakfast was good & it was in a great location

Stunning stay. Really enjoyed the food and the staff were brilliant.

Reception staff were very helpful when we checked in. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The A/C was amazing during the heatwave. Breakfast was ok!

I stayed four nights here during my stay in Prague. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Initially, my friend and I were given a room with one bed, but they quickly found another room for us with two beds. Since we were in a hurry to get to a planned excursion after check-in, they moved our luggage to the new room for us after we left for the day. The room was clean and comfortable. I like the art and statues around the property. The breakfast was good, and we particularly enjoyed the amount and variety of loose leaf teas available. The hotel is located near restaurants and a great Alice in Wonderland themed bar called Alenka. I highly recommend visiting the bar for a unique experience. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Charles Bridge which links you to the major tourist spots in the city. Overall, the hotel is located in a quiet area but not too far away from everything.

This was a last minute business trip. Hotel is in a great location for the various tourist sights, places to eat etc. Hotel is very well presented and quiet. Room and amenities were great, although this was a flying 24hr visit, so didn't get make use of most of the facilities. Planning to return later in the year with my wife. So i suppose that has to say something about the Buddha bar Hotel.

30 degrees ac did not work properly. Long waiting time at only elevator that I could use, due to the fact, that staff members were using it non stop. Cars parked close to the entrance and breakfast terrace had their engines running, so I had to enhale all their exhaust gases. Slow service during breakfast. In general, nothing that gives you an impression, that you are in luxery hotel. Mandarin Oriental is my favourate chain, but this time it was very disapointing.
