I love that it was walking distance to the metro. Didn't like but much public transportation to the airport

The staff were great. Room was clean. Location was good for the show at Tejo park. The music at the Skybar was too loud for having a conversation, but the drinks & sushi were very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The scent the hotel uses is way too strong. Overall I would stay there again if I needed to be in that part of the city.

The hotel surpassed our expectations. The rooms were chic, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fabulous and the location was perfect to explore the wonderful city of Lisbon.

Very comfortable and well-designed room. Common areas were welcoming with daily music. Extensive spa with heated outdoor pool and gym was appreciated.

The staff were all amazing

Lovely hotel in a great position in Alfama, can get to most places on foot if you can handle the hills/steps. Staff were really friendly and helpful particularly Carol on breakfast duty and Cape and Sara on front desk. Gym and spa area are a bit limited but with all of the walking the gym wasn’t really necessary. Breakfast was really good with a range of options and choice of a variety of egg-based dishes also available. A revelation for me was the availability of chilled port! I’ve only ever drank port at room temperature. Finally a tour of the museum is a must, absolutely fascinating.

Good location clean room. Shower was a bit slow needed more power. AC didn’t work to good. But overall a good stay.

Our 4th stay but the standards have gone down considerably. We paid for 6 nights to check in early the day after, however, our room was given away. We were downgraded to a small room on the 9th floor close to the railway that woke us up every now. The rooftop pool bar menu was limited & expensive, but excellent Asian bartender. The guests nowadays are on the shady side. People coming & going at all hours slamming doors made it difficult to get a good nights. The bathroom heater in our room did not work & wasn’t fixed until the last day of our stay. Guest Service needs a lot of improvement, who should ensure rooms are ready, available & equipped with functioning appliance, amenities (we always have to ask for robes & slippers). Instead, Management expects to inconvenience guests from their holiday to stop by the front desk to discuss the issues they’re having. A neat trick that discourages seasoned guests from taking precious time from their holiday to stop by the front desk to lodge a complaint. This hotel is okay for 1-2 nights stay max. The rooms are slowly declining and in need of repairs. The views are limited now that the construction on the building next door is completed. Only thing that has remained constant is the hardworking cleaning staff who always kept our room clean during our stay. Don’t bother with the pricey rooms; more often than not you get downgraded to standard. The wine perk is now a small bottle meant for 1 person. Ahava toiletries a downgrade.
