This is an amazing hotel and well worth the time and effort to visit. The underground utilities and spacious surroundings are just remarkable. Excellent water park and pools. The lobby is very inviting with vaulted ceilings and restrained elegance. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable. Staff appear sincerely welcoming and professional. This hotel features a bowling alley and great recreational options. Sadly, the road from Ordot village to the hotel is frightful, day or night. It is largely unmarked and unlit at night, and feels unsafe. It deserves to be trimmed and decorated with a welcoming appearance and bright streetlights. Be very careful approaching the bridge with a blind curve. You can easily go airborne and damage your car, even with the rather tiny warnings posted to the side of the road. The hotel exterior is depressingly moldy, faded and needs quality paintwork. The closer you look, the worse it becomes. This gem of a hotel is just crying for a massive and continuous clean-up and facelift effort. Perhaps a new and robust marketing promotion is in order. It felt empty and depressed from the outside. It deserves so much better. Oddly, despite the forlorn appearance, it is a very good value, and worth your consideration.

Hotel staff are very friendly and help as much as they can. Room was clean. I usually do work on the Patio but noticed this time around they didn’t have one. Location is ideal because of proximity to stores, but car is necessary when traveling on Guam.
