The wifi is not working and I have to check out so I can work. The customer service is not helpful. I will not be back here

The aparthotel was very clean. The price was excellent and the host was very responsive. 5 star and definitely staying here again the next time in Toronto!

Location, location, location was great for the Jays games. Room was dirty, broken and run down. Elevators were soooo slow. 35 minute wait at a busy time. Plan ahead. They stranded some folks. Lost their booking. We really needed to persist to get ours.

Parking should be free for customers We like the Vegas style reception (bat and restaurant in the lobby)

A Nobu hotel is always a wonderful experience and Toronto didn’t let me down - the staff were amazing - making everything seamless from check in to check out. My room was 10/10 - nice touches were choice of pillows - free snacks and non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar - underfloor heating in the bathroom and also a Dyson hairdryer and straighteners in the room

Beautiful facility, clean steam room and sauna. Room, beautiful view of the track. Unfortunately with labor dispute it took me 4 hours to park. Cost me a few hundred dollars in taxi to get to all my appoints as I could not take my vehicle.

Didn't like that we had to pay a charge per person to shuttle to airport

Great location to explore downtown TO from, as it is part of the PATH underground mall, and fairly centrally located, not far from Union Station and the Rogers Centre. Staff were very helpful and available at all times to assist, answer questions, provide directions, offer complimentary water and coffee, etc. Our room was clean and quiet, and well outfitted - king-size bed, walk-in shower, and a Lavazza espresso machine! A unique and well-renovated building, with an interesting history and atmosphere, and very reasonable prices; what's not to love about this place? Will be our first pick for accommodations on our next visit to Toronto.
