Great staff. Clean room and close to shops.

I like the location where it was located and easy to check in. But when going inside the room the floor was dirty and the aircone is leaking so there is water on the floor. And the master bedrooms bed is broken one legs. Overall it just need to be deep clean and marinated the place

After dealing with some really disappointing hotel experiences on this trip, staying here was an absolute breath of fresh air. This hotel is truly wonderful, and the hospitality we experienced was outstanding. Here is why I highly recommend this hotel: Generous Upgrades & Stunning Views: Unlike other hotels that refuse to accommodate guests, Taal Vista kindly upgraded our room upon availability. The view of the Taal Volcano straight from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable. Wonderful & Kind Staff: The customer service here is excellent. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Fantastic Buffet & Live Music: The buffet was delicious with a great variety of food. To make the dining experience even better, they had someone beautifully serenading the guests while we ate, which created such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Taal Vista Hotel knows how to treat their guests right. It gave me the peaceful, beautiful break I truly needed. I will definitely be back!

The staff are accomodating. Good view. The hotel needs to change their white towels.

Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.
