Great property, with a good location. Quite, and only two train stops away from city center. And the shower had great pressure. Clean, and great amenities (pool, gym, and restaurant) Roxana at fron desk made it very easy, and provided me with a conversion plug from US to that weird british plug. My family and I enjoyed the stay.

Very well located, spacious and well kept. Unfortunately they put us in a room right at the entrance of their second building in our first night. Our bed was right in front of the main door, so anyone could see us and we could hear every one that was coming in + the cleaning team at 6am next morning. Also the air conditioning was not working. Next day they moved us to a far better room that I believe should better reflect their standards. Make sure you don’t get that 1st family room!

"bathroom stunk to high heaven of paint. all the towels stank and the smell was awful. i think in future if yoyr decorating rooms atleast air them out afterwards. kind of ruined my experience especially as the price for the room was extortionate anyway."
