Bavarian Alps Luxury Vacations

No laundry provided even when it’s on the hotel website. The cleaning of the room should be daily or when it’s required on the spot not asked one day before for the next day. The location it’s a little bit far from the city but there’s good choices of supermarkets and restaurants.

Good place, just few steps from the subway

Nice hotel. Close to public transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Best hotel in Munich with a great location. Super helpful and friendly staff in the heart of Old Town. Would recommend to all.

Wow! This was an amazing hotel! It felt luxurious. They had an evening turndown service- they reset the room and get water and tea set up. The room felt spacious and comfortable. One thing we found confusing- there was a speaker in the room for music but we couldn’t figure out how to use it. There might have been a missing cord. The spa was wonderful, we just wished it had more open hours- it closed at 9pm which felt too early. The train station was right next door to the hotel. We didn’t hear any trains. But we the station being there, the surrounding area didn’t feel as safe in the evening. The hotel was about 15 minutes to old town. We walked there a few times. We didn’t use the public transportation. The only parking option is through valet, which the price seemed very high. $50 per night.
