Guam Luxury Vacations

The room that I stayed in could use an upgrade. The shower curtain had stains or mold on it. The flooring was starting to come apart (near the sliding door). The bed was old. For what I paid per night, I expected better.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Air con was working good.

The toilet washlet does not work well. The water splashes way behind the target. When you move your bottom to hit it right, water splashes and gets your back wet (get a Japanese brand). They could at least have a small round table and 2 comfortable chairs so that we could have ordered room service to eat comfortably. There is enough space there to fit a small round table.

Great place and very spacious room. Our only issue was that water leaked out of the shower making the floor wet. The thermostat directions didn’t match the thermostat in our room. Staff was super friendly and the lobby was beautiful. Wonderful pools with lots of chairs to sit in. I would definitely come to this hotel again when we come to Guam. Wifi was unreliable but everything else was okay. They could use a workstation for those who need to do computer work.
