This old, 90th-style flat. Everything present from this time, significantly outdated. Stuff not very helpful. I reported that the TV and entrance hallway lights do not work. In 4 days, nobody will come to fix these. The Small fridge did not work at all, and another one, bigger, quickly freezes all your stuff. And no chance to adjust.

Lovely hotel room, perfectly clean. The bed was 10/10 for comfort! The only things missing were a fridge and full length mirror in the room.

Overall a very nice hotel. Although few issues biggest being safe was locked the whole time spoke to reception a few time and kept getting told someone coming tomorrow but never came.

The hotel was in a good location a block away from EU center. Plenty of restaurants close by. A 20 to 30 minute walk to the Grand Place. 15 minute walk to train station. Safe and quiet area.

Everything about the hotel was superb! The staff was extremely attentive and the service was just impeccable. I would highly recommend this as a quiet refuge within the bustling city. Its about a 15 mins drive to Brussels Midi which made it even more convenient. Will definitely return!

The premises were very modern, including elevators, bathrooms, lobby, restaurant and rooms. Very comfortable bed. In Brussels, it is not the practice to provide water free of charge - all dining establishments offer bottled water only - which MUST be paid for. A glass of tap water simply isn’t available.
