The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting Belgium for the first time. They upgraded us to a larger room since we have expedia VIP. Highly recommend booking a room looking out the main street side as it’s a pretty nice view. It was a good offer to have two mini bar items per day when not using the room cleaning service. The only thing we didn’t like was the SUPER STRONG perfume scent in the entrance area of the lobby.

Central to attractions within the centre and close to train station for a trip to the Atomium Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and spacious rooms

Our stay at Le Louise Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean, and located in a perfect area for exploring Brussels. The rooms are comfortable, and the service from the staff was consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive. The Concierge Mariano was exceptional; knowledgeable, attentive, and always ready with excellent recommendations that made our visit to Brussels even more enjoyable. Antonio the bellman was wonderful, very helpful, friendly and always helping us with suggestions as well I would definitely recommend Le Louise Hotel to anyone visiting Brussels who values comfort, great service, and a convenient location.”
