The Union Hotel was a lovely hotel in downtown Toronto. It has a lovely lobby area with a beautiful ambiance. The front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was compact but well organized. The bed was comfortable for us. We found the room heated up and cooled down quickly because it was small. The bathroom was clean and had lovely amenities. There was a kettle instead of a coffee pot, so we had to use instant coffee, which was quite tasty. It did not bother me, but some people may not prefer instant coffee. Overall, we were quite pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again, due to its price value, proximity to the Union Station, and the sports arenas.

We got there the first room smelled like smoke and very dated. They then upgraded us to a newly renovated room. Staff was friendly and was walkable to everywhere!

Amazing experience at the Bisha. From a comfortable room to excellent service. This place doesn’t miss a beat. The rooftop pool was beautiful.

I thought the Fairmont in San Francisco was the best, but our Gold Suite at the Royal York put SF to shame. The suite, the exclusive lounge, the exclusive elevator — it was definitely worth the price. I can’t recall the last time I had a hotel room that made me want to stay inside all day, but this one did. Splurge and do it.

Every detail is thought out. Best hotel in the best location in Toronto. The design, food, and service is top notch. The FS knows how to do hospitality right.

I loved the fact that it family friendly, close walking distance to all the downtown attractions, also loved the college park, everyone was friendly and there was something always happening, would recommend this place.

It’s centrally located to lots in the downtown Toronto core. Staff are wonderful. Restaurant on site is great for food and drinks. Would stay again

Was a very nice room and easy to come and go. However the fire alarm got pulled at 3am on my second last night there and not because of a fire. I then couldn't go back to bed and was super tired for my meetings the next day.
