Clean room and friendly staff

Beautiful hotel with a calm, friendly atmosphere. Staff were very attentive. Traditionally decorated with los of carved wood. Very well situated too.

Yes the room was spotless and the staff very courteous.

The room was worn down and needed a good cleaning, but it was compensated by a great location (close to the river, the Royal Palace, restaurants and shopping) and a great price. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was very good (special kudos to a friendly and positive person making eggs to order!). We enjoyed the rooftop and the pool as well.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was easy, and everything we needed was provided. The location was excellent, especially for anyone new to the city. It made getting around simple and provided convenient access to many of the area's attractions, restaurants, and neighborhoods. Overall, a great experience and a perfect home base for exploring the city.

The staff were great, the entrance to the hotel is up 6 steep steps, but they rushed out to assist. We were on the 2nd fllor but oddly when getting off the elevator we had to go down one floor to our room, the pool was great as was the lobby, the room though the phone didnt work, there were no slipper, no security on the door no peep hole, we asked for two more pillows but were told we could only have one more
