it is a design property in the downtown centre, which is convenient. However, the signage, in particular inside the room is terrible. It takes time to work out what button is for what. It is not internationally standardised but a uniquely designed and developed most likely by the hotel. And that is the problem. Guests tend to be tired after flight and just want to settle in and relax. Yet, it takes ages to work out how the buttons work and are responsible for what, which can be frustrating.
While the staff are helpful, if guests seek assistance, but who want to call the staff to seek assistance if you can self-work out?

What an incredible hotel! Staff service is EXCELLENT, cannot say enough good things about how helpful they were. The concierge helped us arrange trips to the Forbidden City and Great Wall, as well as cars whenever we needed them.
The room staff understood our jet lag and cleaned when we were not there. They provided plenty of water and extra towels, which we appreciated.
Will we stay here again? Absolutely!
