I think it would be great if you could add a moisturizer to your amenities.

Great location and the rooms are immaculate. On my many stays, this is the first time a doorman greeted me upon arriving and leaving the hotel( he recognized me throughout my stay). My only suggestions is that staff should greet and acknowledge guest coming and going. Read up on The Ritz Carlton customer service philosophy. I still fully recommend The Lombardy.

They let me check In early and for someone with two little kids man life saver I cannot say how helpful and amazing was the staff and location is orime

An odd musky smell in the hotel, like a mold. Room don't feel clean. Blood stains on the sheets (more than once!). Mirror light in the bathroom not functional so you're shaving without light. Toilet paper holder broken. Shower wand broken. Everything old and used, dilapidated. Not to be repeated ever again.

Clean room, great location

We love this place for its friendly staff, the concierges are amazing, the location is great and the rooms nice and clean Need to keep the price level to stay attractive though
