Location, lively in day and quiet at night. Room was clean, balcony was nice. It would be nice to have an area to change and double sinks for rooms that accommodate more than 2 people.
Check in and check out were easy.
Little beach was good. Pool was just okay.
MonkeyPod was a HUGE benefit. But the Lobby restaurant service was absolutely awful. Never got food and left after 45min.

The location is the best part of this hotel right in the heart of Waikiki with easy beach access, tons of shopping, and plenty to do. Very convenient, especially if you want to be in the middle of everything.
I stayed here with my parents and nephew, and we had two rooms. Unfortunately, both felt dated and quite small for the price. Our rooms were directly under Duke’s, and between the live music and constant street traffic, it was very loud. The pool was also small and didn’t feel very relaxing.
Overall, the location is great, but the noise, outdated rooms, and tiny pool made the stay less enjoyable. I personally prefer quieter, more resort-style properties like Aulani or Hilton Hawaiian Village

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets
