Couldn’t get in the room, the room card was not working, we had to go down twice to the front desk for them too reregister the card key and finally the person at the desk came to see what was the problem to realize the card readers needed a new battery! After a long trip it was very upsetting, we waited 40 mn to be able to go in our room.

The staff and location were a dream. Super helpful and lovely and you’re in walking distance to so much you’d want to do in Barcelona. The hotel is a boutique so it’s relatively calm and peaceful—you just don’t get some of the things larger properties have like a full gym or pool but that’s ok. You’re literally a walk or a convenient cab ride away to whatever you want. Definitely one of my fave places to stay from now on.

Beautiful hotel. Cathedral view room was amazing. Room was cleaned daily, and staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, and it was just minutes walk to several popular attractions. We loved this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
Only slight negative - The attached restaurant was just OK, and the service at the restaurant was lack luster. With so many great choices around that part of Barcelona, I would skip eating there.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the location could not be better.
Specific shout out to Jose at the front desk in the evenings - he was unbelievably helpful and made us feel very welcome

The room was modern, clean, great lighting options, and the AC was wonderful. The shuttle to the airport was perfect. Hallways were neat, while the stained carpet floors probably need some attention in order to keep up with the quality of the room.
