The pool was not heated instead it was extremely cold on a colder day which was not pleasant. Initially we booked because we knew the weather would be kinda cooler and windy so when we seen it was heated we were sold, but since it wasn’t we didn’t stay by the pool long and instead went back to our room with upset kids.

The hotel is very conveniently located at Terminal D of DFW, which makes it extremely practical for travelers. However, my experience late at night was disappointing. I arrived at 10:15 pm and the main restaurant was already closed, with only the bar open. There was no 24-hour full menu service, only a very limited late-night menu that was both unappealing and overpriced. For a Grand Hyatt, and especially for an airport hotel where guests arrive at all hours, this is a significant gap. This is an area that clearly needs improvement.

Great accommodating hotel, provided me with accommodation at 0500 hours in the morning prior to check in time. Our flight was delayed due to weather. I can’t think them enough! 5 star ratings!

Our stay was exceptional. Everything was top notch- from the room to the staff. We had a wonderful experience!

The Joule delivered an exceptional experience overall. The Deluxe Loft Suite was impressive, and for the first day, everything was operating at a true five-star level. Unfortunately, the AC failed in my room and the issue was not resolved during my stay. That was an unexpected miss, especially given the standard the property otherwise upholds. Had this not occurred, this would have been a flawless five-star stay across the board.
