Great location. Staff very friendly and courteous. Rooms were comfortable with a beautiful view of the riverside.

Wonderful luxury and intimate resort. Great spa, good breakfast. Very kind and helpful stuff. Two big pools and beautiful sandy beach with clear water. There are golf carts to take you to the water and amusement park and to other resorts.

Everything was perfect in this resort, family friendly, spacious clean room, amazing breakfast buffet(delicious Hue dishes, fruits and Western options), 3 pools (the adult pool is amazing) and very attentive staff. The kids did a fun hat painting activity. I would have loved to try their spa services but we only stayed for one night. Honestly we were sad to leave. It was the most comfortable stay so far in our trip. We will definitely book again when visiting Hue again.

90% of the staff cannot speak English or maybe understand a bit of English but cannot communicate. The reception staff speak English and maybe 1 or 2 staff on duty at the restaurants and at breakfast. Breakfast is a challenge, staff don't greet and don't offer to assist you to find a table for breakfast. That's on you to find a table. Twice we were given tables at breakfast that was being used by another family. The breakfast service was most disappointing for me. Breakfast ends at 10:30, some staff are already starting to eat at 10 I found this very unprofessional. Hoang one of the waiters was probably the most outstanding staff member, when he was on duty at breakfast the service was outstanding. He served us for my birthday dinner and the service was excellent. My husband arranged my birthday dinner on the beach with an assistant manager whose name is Kally and another gentleman who was the food and beverage manager, I cannot recall his name, their service was excellent truly deserving of a 5 star rated resort The beds need to be checked properly by housekeeping the mattress topper is not properly fitted so it feels like the bed is angled which is not comfortable. Tried to resolve this but again English was a challenge. Overall the rooms are beautiful and the resort is very well maintained.

We honestly cannot recommend Banyan Tree Lang Co enough. We came here for a last resort stay to celebrate my birthday, and it far exceeded every expectation. The staff were the true highlight—genuinely friendly, warm, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special, providing a personal host throughout our stay who took care of our every need. The accommodation was out of this world. The Beach Villa with an ocean view and private pool is absolute perfection—we didn't want to leave! The breakfast buffet is outstanding, offering a wide variety of cuisines, and they were happy to accommodate special orders. With so many different restaurants to choose from on-site, we were spoiled for choice. The shuttle bus to Hue and Danang City was a great bonus. This is a true luxury stay filled with so many lovely surprises by the staff. We are so grateful!
