We enjoyed our stay at Svarga Resort Lombok. The room was very spacious and the view was absolutely amazing, definitely a highlight of the property. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. That said, the property and facilities could use some refreshment as they feel a bit dated. The food at the restaurant was okay, but not as impressive compared to other hotel restaurants in the area. Overall, it was a good stay thanks to the beautiful views and the wonderful staff. With some updates to the facilities and restaurant, this resort could be truly outstanding.

We had a wonderful stay at Qunci Villas. We were upgraded from a sea view room to room 23, which had fantastic views. Food was fabulous, spa treatments very good. Due to travel problems we had to stay an extra night in another room in the garden area and at the far side of the resort. The room was lovely, but the noise from the local mosque was quite intrusive, especially at 5.10am! Earplugs were offered and of course local customs have to be respected, but if we had booked 4 nights in that room we would have been most disappointed. Overall, beautiful resort, excellent staff, lovely gardens and artwork, but choose your room carefully.

Can’t say enough about Tugu and its staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We had an early flight to catch and they had breakfast prepared for us at 6am, usually not available until 7am. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Qunci Villas. We were upgraded from a sea view room to room 23, which had fantastic views. Food was fabulous, spa treatments very good. Due to travel problems we had to stay an extra night in another room in the garden area and at the far side of the resort. The room was lovely, but the noise from the local mosque was quite intrusive, especially at 5.10am! An oasis of calm, attentive staff & excellent dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights, especially our upgraded beachfront villa accommodation. Snorkeling trip was up to expectations with great visibility & healthy reef off Gili Meno & Gili Air.
