ere is a draft for a highly critical, realistic online review based on those specific complaints: ★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Stay — Unwelcoming Staff and Tired Facilities I rarely write negative reviews, but our recent stay at the Naviti Resort was deeply disappointing, especially given the cost. The biggest letdown by far was the service. We chose Fiji expecting the warm, world-famous hospitality the islands are known for, but instead, we were met with a generally cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. Front desk staff on arrival were dismissive and unhelpful when we had a minor billing discrepancy, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Throughout the week, the staff at the buffet and bar areas seemed entirely unbothered and exhausted, getting a simple drink order or assistance felt like pulling teeth. When it rained there is nowhere to shelter other than your room. Overall, the lack of effort from the team and the poor state of the resort made this a stressful trip rather than a relaxing vacation. We will not be returning and would recommend looking elsewhere on the Coral Coast.

Overall we had a good stay at the Marriott Momi Bay, but we had an uncomfortable sleeping situation (2 double beds in one room shared with two teens). We loved the dining at Goji, but were not impressed with dining at Voi Voi as you sit outside and get seated with strangers. It is very hard to pay with credit cards, staff always seem to want you to charge to your room and they seem to find it a hassle every time you pay with credit card. It is not a smooth process. When you stay at a 5 star resort you expect to get access to as much fresh water as you like, but staff really push you to pay for mineral or sparkling water. If you want activities outside of the gym and tennis you have to pay extra. They don’t even provide access to paddle boards or kayaks without charging, which I have found to be free at other resorts. Additionally the access to the outside is limited, even with kayaking you can only paddle within the lagoon and for 1 hour of fun you have to fill out several safety and consent forms. Jacuzzi at the adult Fish Bar is lukewarm and all pools are very cold!
