Jiangsu Luxury Vacations

Like the hotel staff and the shopping mall near the hotel. Not too far from the subway station and has a Starbucks coffee shop close by. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn’t have a laundry facility but on the Expedia website says it has. So it’s misleading to me because I was expecting to do laundry when I arrived.

Spotless room, great breakfast selection, wonderful gym and pool facilities. BACIO restaurant excellent service.

I had wonderful experience. The receptionist David is very helpful and efficient. I will definitely stay for my next trip.

Room was generally clean, but mugs were changed on one of the days. There was a very strong smell of smoke on the last night of stay, when we had to get up 4:30 to catch a flight, it was disturbing…but I understood if other hotel guests choose to smoke in a non smoke room, the hotel has limited things to do at the time.

Well the hotel was nice but uncontrolled people who smoke in the buyeven there’s no smoking everywhere. Elevator not enough to handle the crowd. I was there when there was a party at the restaurant elevator too small and couldn’t accommodate so many people. And people were smoking everywhere. Not a smoke free place

The hotel property was fantastic. It is centrally located and makes it easy to get around. The views are outstanding.
