Frances in the bar and restaurant was excellent. He was helpful kind and attentive. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great.

The room, corridors, reception, restaurant, executive lounge all clean. A better quality wine would be preferable in Executive Lounge. Pillows a bit too soft. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Dinner selection offered good mix. Breakfast items, by time on plate to table, items lukewarm. There was a fire drill finishing and lifts were going to be delayed in restarting so used stairs. Stairs were accessed by door that was meant to be locked but had been left open. The stairwell carpet was extremely smelly. Not in a pleasant way.

The overall cleanliness was good. The rooms were clean but very small. Almost too small as we had no where to store our cases and the wardrobe was too small to put our clothes away which meant we had to keep everything in our cases which was rather difficult as there was little room to access them on a daily basis. The rooms are best suited for an overnight or weekend.

Very convenient for an overnight at Heathrow. I checked in just before midnight, and was out first thing in the morning. A very restful way to spend a long layover. Very comfortable bed. I was out the door of my room and through security in about half an hour. I did not try the breakfast as I had lounge access, and ate there.

The location is good in terms of getting into central London with Hammersmith tube only a short walk. The rooms are really three star, basic with only a kettle and some water as frills. We did not find the bed too comfortable, and the bathroom looked like was due for upgrade. Breakfast was very good with a lot of quality ingredients and options. The lifts / elevators need attention with long waits and more than 5 people was an overload. Also getting in and out of the hotel was not straightforward, the lobby is on the first floor so you have to get a small lift up one floor. It would be better to have an escalator and is an obvious upgrade. Parking is £1.50 per hour with a code the hotel give you on checkout. I don't think for the price-point I will return, there are newer and better options available locally.

Great location very friendly pub great breakfast. Very quiet. Great for getting into London
