The room was beautifully clean and very comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a very short walk to the Wembley stadiums. We will definitely return for another stay.

Lovely , spacious room. Almost like a suite. Breakfast wasn’t included but I paid and it was a nice setting and good food.

We stayed here two nights prior to going back to the US. The hotel was clean and staff friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was we needed a family room and the one we got was through a service door. The room was large and bedroom was comfortable, but there was no heat in the bathroom. The room was also supposed to also be handicapped accessible, but there was a bathtub you needed to step in to shower. So if you have any type of knee problems or short it’s a challenge getting in and out. The restaurant at the hotel was very good! Excellent location to catch the bus to Heathrow to catch a train into London.

Thoroughly pleasant stay, room was lovely, staff were friendly and extreemly helpful, breakfast was lovely with great produce and lots of choice. Would definately stay again.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff were amazing and the food was very good. Location was fantasic. We will be back
