South Coast Luxury Vacations

We were put in a dog friendly room that the staff had left the curtains and windows open all day so when checking in the heat was rediculous my sons room was on the other side of the building nice and cool however these are not dog friendly! My dog for borderline getting heat stroke! It was too hot for us to stay in that room never mind a dog! The phone did not work for reception so had to use my mobile to call down they wouldn’t move us so gave us another fan! We had no sleep whatsoever! It’s safe to say we will not be returning. I don’t know how they can think that room 345 was acceptable for a dog to stay in there! We recorded the room temp at 39 degrees!

Nothing not to love about this lovely village pub. Fabulous staff, comfy rooms & great food.

Friendly welcome and very helpful. Nicely decorated room, well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Good selection at breakfast. Would have been better if maybe you could help yourself to juice, cereals, yogurts and pastries. Nicely cooked, well presented English breakfast although could have done with another egg! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Village of Angmering lovely with few cafes and shops. Excellent base to visit Petworth and surrounding Sussex countryside. Great for visiting coast also. Would recommend.

Claverton staff, food, room and gardens all excellent. The functions on 2 nights in function room and beer garden below our room was noisy and therefore took edge off stay hence the 4 stars and would not return in the future.
