Beautiful view from the room! The room and bathroom were very clean with a shower that got nice and hot. Every staff member we interacted with were super friendly and helpful! Good breakfast too!

The web site photos make the building look huge and elegant. Not so. It was a very plain hotel in a residential area. The rooms do not have a closet or drawers to unpack your luggage so if you’re planning on staying for multiple days, this makes it a bit difficult. There is a wall area with a few hangers but not a closet. The fan in the bathroom did not work and when I inquired on this, they did not have a solution of the problem.

We are a family of 4 with young adult children and a small dog. We had such a luxurious stay at the Hilton in Nice. It was wonderful and I found every single member of staff extremely warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms are fabulous, sound proof and seriously comfy. One to return to for sure.

The correct name is Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée. Our family had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée. Traveling with two young children, having extra space makes all the difference, and our suite was outstanding. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and gave us plenty of room to relax after long days exploring the French Riviera. The hotel’s location is exceptional - right on the Promenade des Anglais and within easy walking distance of the beach, Old Nice, restaurants, and shopping. It made discovering the city effortless while providing a luxurious place to return to each evening. What truly elevated our stay was the attentiveness of the staff. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and eager to help. They made our children feel welcome and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our family was comfortable. If you’re visiting Nice and looking for a hotel that combines an unbeatable location, spacious accommodations, and genuinely exceptional service, I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to the Côte d’Azur.

Well beyond our expectations. The staff were very nice, very welcoming. The location, the room, design .. everything was just beautiful. Perfect stay.

Check in was at 5pm which was a bit later than expected and pool closed at 7pm. Overall we had a great stay for a night
