The two bedroom chalet on the golf course was excellent and close to the entrance, registration and swimming pools.
The golf courses were immaculate although the sprinklers sprayed everywhere and were not set up as well as they could have been. The care for the whole complex is excellent but some of the spas needed maintenance as they did not work properly.
There is easy access to the Disney parks and many value for money shops. The restaurants in the area were excellent and also provided meals to go for eating at our chalet in Orange Lake.
All in all an excellent holiday destination with a mark knocked off because of the improvements they could easily make.
We didn’t see any crocodiles.

The staff was amazing from check in to check out. Everything was just as pictured and the resort was amazing. The shuttle for resort will get you anywhere you want to be in the resort, easiest way to get around. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Galleria Palms. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also good and so were the daily freshly baked cookies. The hotel is also in walking distance to eateries, pharmacy and other stores.
