Weird things about this hotel: the lobby is dark, weirdly dark and dreary. Are they trying to creat atmosphere? It's not clear, but it's pretty difficult to make the tea and figure out which is the skimmed milk the lights are so low which makes it very unwelcoming. And the toilet in my room was positioned right up against the wall so you basically couldn't sit straight on it. Again weird. And the shower kept changing temperatures which is kind of annoying. But the restaurant was good, very good indeed (both for breakfast and dinner). And the location is great - very central.

There was no hairdryer in the room and we called twice but no one brought in one. Parking is not easy but the bellmen were helpful. The front desk staff were nice.
