The room was wonderful! Very spacious is an understatement, we had the large apartment and it was such good value, had everything you could need. Staff were pleasant enough. The location is close to a great shopping centre with good food outlets and in walking distance to the Bucharest North train station. Only thing I would not recommend is going for breakfast after 9am, it’s so busy, no chance of a table and very overcrowded. Go before 9am, it was a different experience altogether. Overall, I would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful quirky hotel, we stayed in Gothic a fabulous room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the glass of prosecco on arrival was a lovely unexpected suprise. Perfect location in the old town. Definitely will return but not bother with breakfast, we preferred to sample to local cafes nearby for a wonderful selection of food and drink

Very nice location. Most staffs are so friendly and helpful! Nice to chat with one of them at the bar.

The hotel is slightly outside the main tourist area and not as central as some other options, but it’s located in an up-and-coming part of Old Town Bucharest. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the rooms were spacious, and customer service was solid overall. A comfortable stay with good value for the area.

The Marmorosch Bucharest is, in many ways, pure Instagram. The lobby, entrance, façades, and public spaces are beautifully decorated—especially during the holidays—and feel grand and festive. However, the rooms themselves are very basic: modern, clean, and functional, but nothing special or memorable, and a clear contrast to the dramatic common areas. Much of the hotel atmosphere felt dominated by people using the space mainly for photo shoots, with constant outfit changes and staged photos, which made it difficult to relax as a guest. Our first check-in was cold and unwelcoming, and we were told the Vault bar was fully booked—only to later find it half empty. The first room was basic and had a constant ticking noise; after requesting a change, we were moved to a better room the second night, which significantly improved the stay. The location is excellent and very convenient, and I would consider staying again for that reason alone. Overall, it’s a visually striking hotel, but the experience feels more curated for social media than centered on consistent, genuine hospitality.
