24 euros for parking. 2 packets of instant coffee and tea in the room never replenished for our 3 day stay We were given clean cups just nothing to drink . Average stay but very nice staff at front counter.

No working lift and poor room servicing. When I arrived the lift was broken, it was fixed the next day and then it broke again and wouldn't be fixed until after I left. I don't think this is acceptable for a 6 floor hotel when you have a case to carry up and down the stairs. The time to fix it was blamed on "Lazy Germans" by the receptionist. The bigger issue was around room cleaning, it took 2 days before they told me I needed to book my room cleaning on an app, once I did they might have done a quick hoover and replaced the towels. They didn't make the bed or replace the sheets, which was required as we had the 3 hottest days in German history while I was there. They also did not replace the empty soap dispenser or the tea and coffee, sugar etc. I don't think this was up to the standard of Wyndhams I have stayed in before and I was very disappointed with the level of service.

Very nice hotel but breakfast on a Sunday was hectic and waited over an hour for our breakfast.
