The entire property needs a complete overhaul, which includes the members of staff (apart from the two that were working in the bar on my first night). GOrdon Ramsey needs to go in and give them a shake up. Under trained, rude and not customer focused.
I only stayed there because of the location next to the hospital. Never again!

A beautifuulnproperty in a lovely community completely connected by public ( and in skme cases free) trsnsport. The ferry to central station is just a short walk from the campus.
The hotel had a 5 star experience of quiet luxury which i think comes from the beautiful decor, the very lovely and helpful front desk staff and the overll condition of the property which is immaculate.
Bring your tennis shoes so you can use one of the free bikes. Dont forget your bathing suit so that you can take a swim in the canal. Dutch-style.
