Room and Staff were amazing. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in while visiting Europe. Location and amenities very nice. Will definitely be staying again when I return!

Pillow service was fantastic. Breakfast was great with a wide variety. The staff was friendly and recognized you within two days. There were some minor issues with the cleanliness of the room, probably due to the New Year’s busy period.

The room was extremely clean, comfortable and inviting. The hotel amenities such as the heated floors, digital thermostat, and a separate bathtub and shower gave the room a homey feel. There were refreshing complimentary bottles of water provided daily. In addition, the club lounge provided a great breakfast in the morning. Tea time was also a pleasant surprise that provided snacks, pastries, and beverages.

The lady at the bar who serves me drinks was racist and flicked me in the back when she served snacks with the drinks I ordered. This behavior is not acceptable and tolerance of all races is a must in this day and age. I am asking for a refund of at least one night’s stay in view of this behavior.

Hotel is not air-conditioned. Unfortunately my stay coincided with a heat wave. I was able to move to a room on the cooler side of the building. Leaving the window open was precluded by street noise.

Nice location, beautiful view. Many restaurants and coffee shops around. Room nice and we got an upgrade to room with a view. The only thing I didn’t like is sewage smell from the bathroom that lingering all the way to the room. Love coffee maker espresso. Sauna was very nice however it is not separate from men or women gender which makes me little uncomfortable. Overall great stay.

Overall, the hotel was nice, amenities seemed of good quality and new. When checking in there was a fairly long line and we had to wait about 10 - 15 minutes to check in which was a new experience for us in a four-star-hotel. Unfortunately, we had a room that was located towards the street so opening the window was impossible due to noise. However, the room was extremely hot and stuffy. Turning on the AC meant that the air stream flow moved the curtains which then made a fairly loud and arrhythmic clicking noise which made sleeping really difficult. We told that info to the staff the next morning and the nice and polite lady told us that it was a construction error in every room that the AC air stream flow made the curtains move and thus caused the clicking noises. She suggested to turn the AC air stream flow down but then it would've been impossible to sleep because the room was so stuffy. The breakfast was nice, we'd say average. We missed some bacon ;) but there were breakfast sausages and meatballs which excused the absence of bacon ;) The breakfast room was unusually full and when we later went upstairs, we again saw a long line of people waiting who actually seemed to have to wait for the other hotel guests to finish their breakfast to make room for the new hotel guests. We stayed one night on a weekend and there were Christmas markets plus the Christmas oratorium concert so it might have been unusually full, too. For the overall experience, the price was too high.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful with gluten free options. The room was well designed and decorated. Everything is clean and comfortable. I would definitiely stay again.
