The staff were really nice helped us with everything we need to know. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. They had a nice outside terrace area enjoyed the evenings sitting outside. Overall experience was amazing.

Had a great stay at Hotel Casa! Super close to two subway stations so we were able to get to city center in 10-15 minutes. Our room was clean and we really appreciated the washer and dryer, though a little pricy per load.

Great location, great hotel. The room we had was not cleaned properly. Someone had cooked with oil and the floor was all sticky and gross. After letting management know, they said it would be cleaned. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned. So cleanliness was not good at all. Great breakfast, lots of options. The restaurant says it closes at 11pm and we went at 9:50pm and they said the kitchen was closed and no food could be ordered. So maybe the restaurant has updated hours or knowing when the kitchen closes.
Front desk staff were so incredible. Helpful, kind, genuine. Good hotel overall.
