We had an overall pleasant stay.
Amenities were unequal : excellent for hair blower and iron but on the other hand the coffee/tea selection were limited (for the standard of a 4*).
Breakfast: it was good but not exceptional. Quality was good, selection was good as well but very limited for vegetarian and almost nonexistent for vegans (unless you want to feed yourself with fruits and veggies only).
Cleanliness : it was visually clean without any doubts if you want to be picky looking in you could see watermarks, dust in the AC / vent, for example. We tried 2 different rooms and cleanliness differed between both room.

Love CitizenM and especially this location. Fun staff, good bar and easy access to food when you want it, day or night. Comfy bed and good quiet nights’ sleep.

I was not overall impressed by this hotel. The mini refrigerator in the room was very loud and they had to come and unplug it. The ac was quite noisy as well. The food both the dine in the room and the breakfast were mediocre. The first day we ordered a shakshuka and both times the eggs were hard boiled and not poached. Also they charge extra if you order something from the menu during the breakfast even though the waitress said that one dish is included in the breakfast price. The experience from this hotel didn’t meet the premium price and the standards of a five star luxury hotel. I don’t recommend it and I will not include it in my future travels.
