Really really nice hotel... very modern, very nicely decorated, very very comfortable bed, and a little kitchen area with a microwave and sink. Great aircon and I LOVED having a rain shower!! Great location for transport too - buses and trams pretty much right outside. Just a note - if coming back from the hague at night, take an uber rather than a taxi... taxis are €40 but uber is only €20! Learnt from my mistakes haha!

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was beautiful and the room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The spa was also lovely; one thing worth mentioning is that the sauna and steam room are mixed gender and the rule is that you don’t wear a bathing suit in there. Some people kept a towel wrapped round themselves but others were naked - some people might feel uncomfortable with that. Gorgeous views from the rooftop bar. Amsterdam is a wonderful city. I would love to return and would definitely stay at this hotel again, despite it being a little out of the city.

Unique room, excellent location. Lots to do, and easy access to the public transit system. Would recommend.

A staff member made a mistake about our check in with another guest with the same last name. It took a long time for the hotel to figure things out.

Extremely helpful staff and delicious food

The hotel is within walking distance of a nice mall and the Zuid train station as well as several restaurants.

Great location, excellent service - staff friendly and competent without any pretence. Rooms are not cramped and very nice finishes. Pool does the job on hot days but busy and noisy for it to be a relaxing place. Bike hire is expensive but very handy.

The property was very well maintained and beautifully decorated. Very distinctive furnishings, paintings and architecture. Friendly staff, great food.

The cat is a sweetheart! Thank you for the water in the room and all the advice on places to see! Close to the museums to walk to but the bus and tram are right there. The breakfast downstairs is worth the monez for sure. We enjoyed out basement room and our stay.
