A/C condition is not working. I asked to change the room, they did it, but A/C in the 2nd room also was broken.

Andaz Amsterdam was okay, but it would not be my first choice in Amsterdam. The hotel is convenient and the food was good, but the reception area is small and the modern design is not really my taste. The rooms are fine, but the beds were not very comfortable. There is no real spa, and the gym is too small for a hotel in this category. Overall, I would rate it closer to a 3-star hotel than a true 5-star hotel. I also think it is too expensive for what it offers.

Great location and fantastic hotel

Excellent staff and a fantastic bar, but cleanliness falls short for a 5-star property. The carpets and work surfaces need attention. Great service and ambiance, but room condition doesn’t match the premium price point. Worth visiting the bar great drink selection.

Muy confortable

Lovely hotel. Chosen for location, 5 minute walk from Sloterdijk train station. They had a huge conference on but didn't affect our stay at all. Nice atmosphere, great buffet breakfast. Clean and quiet
