Initial check in was OK, one female member of staff in the breakfast always greeted us with a good morning, but that was only the staff interaction we had. The room was clean and spacious, with a good walk in shower, the beds were comfortable and quite, location is good, 10 mins tram ride to city with lots of tram stop options, and also 10 mins to West Ferry port, if travelling to Estonia. Found the luggage storage was not locked, something the hotel may want to look at. It did what it needed to do for our stay.

Luxurious rooms, friendly staff, and wonderful cocktails at the hotel bar. This was a great stay close to all of the popular sites and shops in downtown Helsinki.

We had a great experience at Lilla Robert’s. Staff was so accommodating and friendly, especially the staff in the dining room during breakfast. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We would love to visit again!

The studio is a perfect size for a solo stay — cozy, comfortable, and equipped with a small kitchen, ideal for preparing a warm homemade meal on cooler days. Just a heads-up: the iron and hairdryer are kept in shared storage, so you’ll need to self-service them when needed. The location is excellent, with easy access to daily groceries, Prisma, and nearby metro and bus stations, all within a short walking distance. A bonus for Marimekko fans — there’s a store nearby offering great prices too! Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. I really like that it’s more of a self-service stay without much hotel-style staffing — personally, I adore this kind of setup. It makes the whole experience feel calm, private, and effortless.😊
