The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The location was very convenient. The elevator kept going out because people didn’t read the sign that said only two people at once in the elevator. The night crew could use some improvement. Overall, I would stay there again for the cleanness and the convenience of the location.

A lovely hotel and staff in a great location. If you can, stay in room 603, which has a corner terrace.

Staff were accomodating to English. Explained the elevator and how a key was needed. They held our luggage in storage while we explored Paris

Paper-thin walls allowed us to hear every movement of most hotel guests.

Clean room Room a little small for a family of 3. Friendly staff. Kettle is not included in the room amenities. Need to request for one.
