I did not like the fact that as I'm paying for premium hotel I have to pay $25 to park and I'm staying at this hotel that should be complimentary

The lobby was absolutely spectacular. Big fireplace, chairs, couches everything was done up for Christmas. It was impeccable. The whole place is very clean.

The service and people are great, but the rooms need updating and upkeep. We love the location, the people and cabin feel if the property.

It was a nice spot, secure parking and nice staff! My main concern is that the unit was very warm and the A/C was not adjustable for just that unit, and the while building was already switched over to heat. We were asked to open windows and use a fan that the staff brought us, but that was not ideal as you could hear all the outside noise, and if you closed the windows it was too hot to sleep.

Very nice hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. The elevator access to the casino was terrible only 1of the 3 worked so it took up to 25 minutes to get an elevator

Everything was perfect with our stay. Will be back soon for sure. We had our room upgraded

Everything was clean and brand new. The room says up to 3 people but it’s way smaller than that.
