8.6/10 Excellent! (1,003 reviews)
Property is in a great location but the hassle is not worth it. Rooms were ok. No Air conditioning if you are going there in peak summer like I did. The restaurant food (including breakfast) is sub par. The view from there is wonderful. I waited for a drink at the bar for 12 minutes and no one even acknowledged and I walked out.
The most terrible experience is the parking. They have to give you a parking code to enter this zone where the hotel is. They did not. I was stuck there like so many other travellers to this hotel. I had to park and walk close to a mile in heat to get it from the front desk. At night I tried to go out, the gate wouldnt open. I go back to front desk and the guy doesnt help. Doesnt even speak english.
Overall a terrible experience from staff. Great location but not worth the hassle. The nearby properties are better and probably have good service.
