Great location, walked to everything including train station. We loved the Hendricks theme (Gin and royalty combined!) and it was super quiet and comfortable! Highly recommend!

A very nice hotel in a great neighborhood that is walking distance to many popular places and restaurants. Loved the coffee machine in the lounge area.

This was a great hotel for our trip to Amsterdam. The rooms are small, but they are very well designed and have a lot of storage. I am not a fan of using an iPad to control the room, but frankly even THAT was easy. Pros: Location (right next to the metro and tram, 8 mins to Centraal, great coffee shop next door) Staff (helpful and friendly) Hotel (lounge area was great and the printer was much appreciated) Blackout curtains in room Cons: can't really think of any! We had a garden facing room, which was nice and quiet, so I cannot comment on street facing rooms.

Don’t stay here in the summer months. There is no air conditioning. Staff disagreed with me…saying they have “comfort control” in each room. All it does is barely circulate the hot air. Staff did supply me with a couple of small fans, but again just circulating hot air. We could barely sleep at all both nights!

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend. We paid a little extra for the superior room and it was worth the extra in my opinion. It was very spacious and comfortable. The room was nice and cool even though it was 30c outside. There is a bus stop behind the hotel. We caught a bus there that took us directly into town. The journey took 35 minutes. It is also only a 10 minute walk to the train station. The bed pillows were the comfiest I've ever experienced in a hotel. I'd love to know if they are available to buy somehow? The one negative of the stay was the check-in terminals. They were very slow to use. I like that the option of using them is there, but the way they are setup makes it look like you have to use them even though there are people available at reception to help. We would definitely stay again in the near future.

First the pillows for the bed are horrible soft and small. Need better pillows. Next the hotel sports bar food was basic and very little favor especially at high pricing . Lastly if you don’t look at the map the hotel has nothing near it other than airport. Because of location even urber eats is limited. The main benefit is the hotel airport shuttle that leave every 30 minutes

Great food with a good amount of options. Staff were talkative and very kind.
