Very helpful and friendly staff. Booked spa for the two of us and were excellent in their responses via email and phone. It was perfectly located a few blocks from the Chateau Frontenac, Au 1844, and all the quaint shops and cafes. Great MCM decor and impressive renovation of a historic estate.
