Easily one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at, and I have stayed at luxury hotels across the world. Staff was was very kind, the property and gardens were stunning & polished, and the accessibility to the bus station and train station was great. If you are looking to travel to Tokyo I highly recommend staying at Hotel Chinzanso if you want to be pampered.

Rooms comfortable, but very dated, and generally quite shabby. Hotel is split across numerous different annexed levels. Had to skip the breakfast service due to huge queue/ inadequate provision for number of guests. This hotel needs renovation.

Highlights: Great location, clean rooms, great a/c, delicious breakfast, the 2 twin room was spacious.
Lowlights: The double room was very small.
Overall, great stay. Would definitely come back if I need to be in this area. Lots of things to do. Close to Shinjuku Station which was very convenient.

The views from our rooms on the 34th floor were excellent with one room having a view towards Shinjuku and shibuya crossing.
